USDA announced that Summer Food Service Program Sponsors can provide a weekly meal pick-up again, this summer.
All families interested may complete the survey for EACH child in their household to participate

The Muscatine CSD Food & Nutrition Team will provide meals for kids ages 1 - 18 at Muscatine High School (MHS). The meal pick-up will contain 7 days of breakfasts and 7 lunches for each child in your household. The following meal components will be included for each day:
Breakfast Components (Offerings)
Grains (Example - Assorted Cereal, Grahams, Sliced Toast, Pastries)
100% Fruit Juice and/or Assorted Fruit
Milk
Lunch Components (Offerings)
Meat/Meat Alternate (Example - Meat, Eggs and/or Cheese)
Grains (Example - Bread, Buns, Rolls)
Vegetables (Example - Fresh Broccoli, Cauliflower, Celery, Whole Potatoes)
100% Fruit Juice and/or Fresh Fruit
Milk
* Offerings are subject to change, but USDA regulations will always be met.
USDA will only allow a Parent OR Guardian OR Student(s) to pick up the meals.
Those who complete this survey agree that a Parent or Guardian or Student(s) will pick up meals at SCJH at 600 Kindler Ave in Muscatine on Wednesday, June 7th, 2023 & Wednesdays that follow through August 2nd, 2023.
Due to USDS regulations, SCJH is the only meal site open, this summer.
